The castle, located on top of the Colle delle Capre (Hill of the Goats), dominates the Piazza Maggiore below with its bulk and is the emblem of the city. It is called ‘di Alboino’ (Alboin's) by tradition, according to which Feltre was destroyed several times by barbarians and immediately rebuilt. The castle was fortified with walls, which in turn had four corner towers, only one of which is preserved.
This tower, known as ‘Dell'Orologio’ (of the clock), was the ancient entrance to the castle: by visiting it, one can enjoy a splendid view of Piazza Maggiore from above and relive its evolution since its destruction in 1510, thanks to the new technology of the ‘Window of Time’. The Campanon Tower, with its 34-metre bulk, was the keep of the castle.
Following the work to recover and make the structure accessible to tourists, the internal wooden structures have been restored and a path has been made safe to reach the top of the tower, from which it will be possible to overlook the entire Valbelluna.

From the Friday before Easter to September: Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 9.30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2.30 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Groups and school classes can arrange special openings by prior arrangement.

ENTRANCE TICKET
Admission to the Castle Towers requires payment on site of the Totem Card or individual ticket.
TOTEM CARD FELTRE/ PLUS
Full price ticket € 11 - Reduced price ticket € 9 (the reduction is for children up to 24 years of age and for all residents in the Municipality of Feltre, FAI, Touring, AreaArte, Museo Gipsoteca Antonio Canova) Valid from 1st June to 30th September each year, it allows one-time admission to the Civic Museum, the Carlo Rizzarda Gallery of Modern Art, the Belluno - Feltre Diocesan Museum, the Castle Towers and Campanon and the Ancient Prisons of Palazzo Pretorio.
TOTEM CARD FELTRE/ PLUS FAMILY
€ 14 for families consisting of at least one parent and a minor child - € 12 for families resident in the municipality of Feltre. Valid from 1st June to 30th September each year, it allows one-time admission to the Civic Museum, the Carlo Rizzarda Modern Art Gallery, the Belluno - Feltre Diocesan Museum, the Castle and Campanon Towers and the Ancient Prisons of Palazzo Pretorio.
INDIVIDUAL TICKET
€ 5 which allows admission to the Castle Towers.
TOTEM CARD FELTRE/SCHOOL
Free for schools in the Feltre area, € 30 per class for all other schools with unlimited admission for the entire school year to the Civic Museum, the Carlo Rizzarda Modern Art Gallery and the Belluno - Feltre Diocesan Museum, the Castle Towers and the Ancient Prisons of Palazzo Pretorio. The duration of the card refers to the school year of purchase and no longer to the calendar year.
FREE TOTEM CARD
For journalists in possession of a professional card, children up to the age of 6 and disabled persons with an accompanying person, for tourist guides accompanying a group. The card is also free of charge for guests staying overnight in accommodation facilities both in the municipality of Feltre and in the other municipalities belonging to the Associated Service for the Development and Promotion of the Territory in the Tourism Environment.
